How do I track my order?

Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. This link will show you the current location and estimated delivery time of your package.

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

The Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days.

Belgium: 1 to 2 business days.

Germany: 1 to 2 business days.

Europe: 2 to 5 business days.

Worldwide: 2 to 7 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been successfully placed, we cannot issue changes or cancellations on your order. Once you have received your unwanted order, please return this back to our warehouse in accordance with our return section for a full refund.

How do I know you received my order?

When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you haven’t received it after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s nowhere to be found, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.

I have received a faulty order, what should I do?

We are sorry that you have received a faulty order, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer service team with photos and order number and we will assist you further.

I've added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?

The shipping address can only be changed prior to the order being shipped.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Romeo Lugan’s warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving the order, customers can return products to Romeo Lugan and get a full refund. The products customers wish to return must be in perfect condition withall the original packaging and components. Customers will have the full amount refunded once the watch arrives back to Romeo Lugan in good condition.

Does Romeo Lugan offer a warranty?

Romeo Lugan offers a 2-year warranty guarantee service for customers who purchase our products directly on the Romeo Lugan webshop.

For products purchased from our webshop, our warranty is for 2 years from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair a watch if the defect is covered by the warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects due to faulty material or workmanship only on the watch components itself (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands and indexes) under normal condition of use. Other components or areas not included in the above will not be covered by this warranty.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

We are sorry that you have received a damaged product, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer service team with photos and order number and we will assist you further.

How can I adjust the strap?

Romeo Lugan recommends that you go to a watchmaker to have the watch strap resized by a professional to fit your wrist size.

Why was my credit/debit card declined at checkout?

If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.

Are VAT/tax and duties included in the given price?

In our pricing, the VAT (Value Added Tax) is already included in the listed sales price. However, please note that additional taxes and duties, if applicable, are not covered in the price and will be the responsibility of the customer.
